Conhe\u00e7a nossas <\/span><b>dicas para se cuidar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e mantenha a sa\u00fade em dia!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 dicas para se cuidar entre uma consulta e outra<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O ideal \u00e9 que voc\u00ea fa\u00e7a um esfor\u00e7o para se levantar da cadeira a cada meia hora, nem que seja para fazer uma pequena caminhada dentro do consult\u00f3rio. Sempre que poss\u00edvel, ou ao menos duas vezes ao dia, repita os movimentos abaixo, que alongam os m\u00fasculos sem exigir muito espa\u00e7o ou tempo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Alongamento de bra\u00e7os <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a coluna reta, estenda os bra\u00e7os com a palma da m\u00e3o virada para cima. Na sequ\u00eancia, <\/span><b>flexione um dos bra\u00e7os atr\u00e1s da cabe\u00e7a<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de maneira a encostar a m\u00e3o nas costas e segure o cotovelo com a outra m\u00e3o. Fique na posi\u00e7\u00e3o por 15 segundos e alterne os bra\u00e7os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Extens\u00e3o de pernas<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentado em uma cadeira com os dois p\u00e9s paralelos no ch\u00e3o, levante e estique uma das pernas. <\/span><b>Mantenha a posi\u00e7\u00e3o por 10 segundos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Retorne ao estado original e repita o movimento com a outra perna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Alongamento de pernas<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De p\u00e9, <\/span><b>flexione o joelho para tr\u00e1s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, segurando o tornozelo com a m\u00e3o at\u00e9 que o seu calcanhar toque a regi\u00e3o dos gl\u00fateos. Mantenha-se nessa posi\u00e7\u00e3o por 20 segundos e repita com a outra perna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Adu\u00e7\u00e3o de pernas<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para esse exerc\u00edcio, voc\u00ea vai precisar de <\/span><b>uma garrafa pl\u00e1stica cheia de \u00e1gua ou qualquer outro objeto que ofere\u00e7a alguma resist\u00eancia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sentado, com os p\u00e9s paralelos e a coluna reta, posicione a garrafa entre as pernas, pouco antes dos joelhos. Na sequ\u00eancia, fa\u00e7a press\u00e3o com os m\u00fasculos da perna, como se quisesse \u201cesmagar\u201d a garrafa. Repita o movimento por 3 s\u00e9ries de 5 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Alongamento de pesco\u00e7o<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com as costas retas, vire o queixo lentamente na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de um dos ombros, <\/span><b>mantendo a rota\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima por 10 segundos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Em seguida, repita o movimento virando-se para o outro lado. Retorne a cabe\u00e7a para a posi\u00e7\u00e3o central e abaixe-a para alongar a musculatura das costas e da nuca, mantendo o movimento tamb\u00e9m por 10 segundos. Levante a cabe\u00e7a lentamente ao retornar para a posi\u00e7\u00e3o original.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Alongamento de costas<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De p\u00e9, com os bra\u00e7os relaxados ao longo do corpo e os p\u00e9s paralelos e alinhados com os ombros, incline o corpo para a frente <\/span><b>sem dobrar os joelhos e tentando tocar o solo com as m\u00e3os<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
