COVID-19: OFFICIAL STATEMENT

Dear Customers and Friends,

The health and well-being of the employees, customers and business partners of VYDENCE is a top concern and priority for all of us during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic and global crisis. In this time VYDENCE is steadfastly committed to being compliant with all known guidelines provided by national and international health government agencies, and in doing so will adopt the following preventative operational measures in order to minimize the risks of spreading COVID-19:

Travel and personal visits by business and clinical training teams to doctor’s offices, hospitals and other health centers will be temporarily suspended until 13/04/20. During this period we will support all of our customers through remote and digital communication (e.g. telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, video conference, etc …);

Training, scientific updates and assistance with any technical questions will be answered through our electronic channels and by prior appointment at email ct@vydence.com;

Technical assistance and logistics services will maintain their operations during the informed period, but on a small scale and with a staff rotation system in place in order to minimize the risks of exposure of our customers and employees to COVID-19;

We remain optimistic and hopeful that these changes are only temporary as the world works together to overcome this pandemic and crisis. We are confident that we will soon return to normal operations and will keep everyone in the VYDENCE family updated accordingly.
